JUST IN: Parents warned after 78 teens found with drugs at Kisumu house party 

  Police in Kisumu have released 78 teenagers who were arrested during a house party at Mountain View Estate. The group, consisting of 68 boys and 10 girls, were all under the age of 18. Kisumu Central Sub-County Police Commander Peter Mulai revealed that the teenagers were found with bhang, cigarettes, and khat during the raid.
