KCB Emerges as the top bank in the Euromoney Global awards

KCB bank has been awarded as the best bank at the  2021 Euromoney Global Awards.
During the award ceremony that was contacted virtually on 19th July, KCB went home with the award for Best Bank for Customer Experience and the Most Innovative Banking Brand.
Apart from the Best Bank for Customer Experience and the Most Innovative Banking Brand, KCB also won the award for Africa’s Best Responsibility Bank in the Euromoney Awards for excellence.
In an official statement after the big win, KCB stated that the  win cements the Bank’s leadership position in the banking sector.
“KCB Bank has been named Kenya’s Best Bank 2021 in the 2021 Euromoney global awards, cementing the Bank’s leadership position in the banking sector. The Bank has also been awarded Africa’s Best Responsibility Bank in the Euromoney Awards for Excellence.” KCB stated.
Euromoney awards are based on year-round monitoring of customer satisfaction and market share data that is compiled in order to shortlist candidates for the awards.
This annual Global Awards are held in order to provide a platform for recognition to key players in the industry who strive for fineness and top-notch service delivery.
Euromoney awards are also meant to provide global recognition and identify brands and companies in terms of their hospitality and service and reward them based on their service aspects, performance and branding exercises.
At the same time Guaranty Trust Bank scooped Africa’s best bank of 2021 while Standard bank won Africa’s best investment bank 2021 award.
The event also saw Equity bank win2021 Africa’s best bank for SMEs 
On matters digitization Access Bank won the 2021 Africa’s best digital bank.

In this year, Euromoney received a record number of submissions from banks in the region and country awards program which covers a wide range of categories.
